Over the course of three meetings session, exchanges and discussions, participants in this third community of practice will have the opportunity to learn about ecological transition and discover how the Sustainable Development Goals can be applied in the educational environment.
During the first online session, on 14th February, participants will discuss the challenges of this theme and how it can be implemented in schools. These initial discussions will enable the partners to put in place some initial avenues of reflection on the SDGs.
This first online meeting will be also the occasion to gather the participants in small groups to allow them to reflect on some aspects of ESD and after present them to the other sub groups.
The second meeting will take place in Marseille for three days of discovery, discussion and encounters from 18th to 20th (morning) of March.
A wide range of speakers, including headteachers, school inspectors and teachers, will be on hand to exchange views with the partners.
At this face-to-face meeting, those present will be able to discuss the sustainability initiatives implemented in schools.
The third and final session, which will take place online on 17th April, will give all the participants an opportunity to look back on their experiences, on the projects set up during the community of practice and on what they would like to implement in terms of education for sustainable development in their own schools.
