Summary
DIGITAL CITIZENSHIP AND CRITICAL THINKING EDUCATION
The “Digital Citizenship and Diversity” team led by Sophie Gebeil and Julien Garric from the Ampiric pilot center proposes to reflect on the complementarity between citizenship education and digital education.
This seminar will first be based on the intervention of Didier Mouren and Laurent Heiser devoted to the digital skills of teachers
on the relationship between students and technology (robotics, AI), through the prism of a methodology of lived experience and in particular on the potential of creative digital uses. Then, based on collaborative action research, Émilie Souyri will discuss the experimentation of pedagogies in the United States, through the example
of hip-hop culture. This approach based on the development of “knowledge of self” builds a dialogical and emancipatory critical thinking education, promoting the civic engagement of students.
