I am a Physical Education teacher in secondary education and a B-level trainer in the use and utilization of new technologies in the teaching process. At the same time, I am a PhD candidate in the field of mathematics & IT of the Pedagogical department.
Contribution to the UNI-T project
I participated in this project as a Physical Education teacher, teaching in a class of the first grade. The teaching was completed after 4 weeks, during which 8 hourly lessons were held. Emphasis was placed on enhancing social skills through games.

Action research in collaboration with the Experimental Lyceum of the University of Patras on the topic: “Exercising in a smart way”.
