Among the obstacles to teacher mobility, the UNI-T consortium have identified as hindering mobility the cultural differences between education systems in Europe and the language barriers that teachers from different countries may encounter.

To overcome these obstacles and to support the mobility beneficiaries, the UNI-T consortium as developed a glossary, this glossary brings together general words from the world of teaching as well as words specific to the themes developed in other project activities. The glossary includes words related to active pedagogy, outdoor education, sustainable development and action research.
