Dear community,

The UNI-T Academy members are pleased to inform you that the first application campaign for students’ mobility has just come to an end and it was a success: more than 25 students from the partners universities applied for this first mobility wave!

We are delighted by your enthusiasm for this mobility programme and we hope that as many of you as possible will take part in future mobility campaigns.

We are more than happy to know that we will be helping to encourage the mobility of future teachers in Europe. Every day, thanks to the efforts of its members and its community, the UNI-T project is getting closer to its objectives and is helping to make its vision of education in Europe a reality.

Stay tune for the next UNI-T mobilities and thank you for your participation !

What challenges do you think students might face when participating in mobility programmes, and how could they overcome them?

In the UNI-T Academy project we observed three major issues encountered by students considering mobility:

    – the language barrier. To address this, the languages spoken were clearly indicated in the catalogue of participating institutions. We also suggested international institutions or institutions with representatives who could assist students on site In addition, in the application forms we asked students to indicate the languages they speak. By knowing the languages spoken by the students and the institutions, we were able to make appropriate suggestions for each profile.
    – The financial aspect is also an important issue when it comes to studying abroad. That is why the UNI-T project offered selected students financial assistance for mobility.
    – The administrative burden is also an important issue for students. That is why a person was recruited specifically to assist all students with their procedures on a case-by-case basis.
