Mobilities for Teachers & Staff

Participation conditions:

These mobility opportunities are open to:

• all members of staff and teachers of UNI-T partner universities 
• members of staff and teachers of institutions associated with the UNI-T project in the field of education.
• members of staff and teachers from schools associated with the UNI-T project, from elementary schools to high school.

The staff member/teacher undertakes to send all the administrative documents required all along the mobility and to return all the original documents to his/her home university.

Important information:

Those documents are mandatory. Failure to do so may result in your funding being withdrawn.

The financial help provided will not necessarily cover all your expenses. Please make sure to be able to fund a part of your mobility. The reimbursement can take between one and three months.

Please keep in mind that you will have to pay the fees of your mobility in advance. Moreover, you will be asked to provide proof of your expenses after the end of your mobility, so please remember to keep them in a safe place.

The staff member/teacher will be selected based on those following criteria: 

• Project and motivation
• Involvement in UNI-T 
• Availability of each mobility opportunities 
• Impact of the mobility in daily work and on their home institution
• Previous mobility

To apply for a mobility, you will have to choose between the several offers.

If you are interested by a mobility in a local school, please make sure to rank your wishes from 1 to 3 by choosing either a hosting school or a country if there is no list of schools available on the platform.

Please make sure to choose wisely between the several offers available on the platform, as there is no guarantee that you will be assigned to your first choice.

For countries without hosting schools proposal, in case of selection, a school will be assigned to you according to the availability and the candidates interested by the country chosen.

In case of selection, you will receive mobility’s proposal to which you will have 2 days to accept or declain. In case of refusal, we will not be able to make you another proposal but you are of course invited to apply for the next application campaign.
